  • 2 tbsp of ground coffee -Brew a strong cup of your choice
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or oat milk: Keeps the calories lower.
  • 1 tbsp Low-sugar caramel sauce: Use a store-bought version or a healthier alternative.
  • ½ tsp Vanilla extract: For added flavor.
  • Ice cubes
  • Store-bought whipped cream: Look for a lower-calorie option or a light version.

Method
 

  1. Prepare the Coffee: Brew your coffee and let it cool.
Mix the Drink:
  1. In a glass, add ice cubes. Pour the brewed coffee over the ice.
  2. Add the unsweetened almond or oat milk to your desired creaminess.
  3. Stir in a tablespoon of low-sugar caramel sauce and a splash of vanilla extract.
Top with Whipped Cream:
  1. Shake the can of store-bought whipped cream before use.
