Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or any milk of your choice
  • 1-2 teaspoons matcha green tea powder adjust to taste
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup or a sugar-free sweetener to taste
  • 1 banana for creaminess and natural sweetness
  • 1 tbsp of protein powder or collagen for added nutrition
  • Optional: a dollop of whipped coconut cream for topping

Method
 

  1. Blend Ingredients: In a blender, combine the almond milk, matcha powder, protein powder, sweetener, banana, and ice
  2. Blend Until Smooth: Blend until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy. You can add more ice if you prefer a thicker consistency.
  3. Taste and Adjust: Taste the frappuccino and adjust the sweetness if needed by adding more honey or sweetener.
  4. Serve: Pour the frappuccino into a glass. If desired, top with a dollop of whipped coconut cream for an extra indulgent touch.
