Ingredients
  

For the Latte:
  • 1 cup brewed coffee or espresso cooled for french press aprox 2 tbsp ground coffee)
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk or any milk of your choice
  • 1-2 tablespoons carob syrup or honey adjust based on sweetness preference
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon plus extra for garnish
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Ice cubes
Optional:
  • Whipped cream

Method
 

Brew the Coffee:
  1. Brew your coffee in French press or espresso and allow it to cool. If you're using espresso, you can make one or two shots based on how strong you want the latte.
Mix Ingredients:
  1. In a large glass filled with ice combine the cooled coffee or espresso, almond milk, carob syrup or honey, ground cinnamon, and vanilla extract. Stir well to combine.
Pour and Serve:
  1. Pour the cinnamon coffee mixture over the ice. Stir again and taste; adjust sweetness or cinnamon if needed.
Top Your Latte:
  1. Drizzle whipped cream over the iced latte and sprinkle a little extra cinnamon on top for garnish.
