Make the Homemade White Chocolate Syrup
- Melt the Chocolate: In a saucepan over low heat, combine the white chocolate chips and heavy cream or milk. Stir continuously until the chocolate is melted and smooth.
- Add Flavors: Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract and stir until well combined.
- Cool the Syrup: Allow the syrup to cool slightly; it will thicken as it cools.
Prepare the Iced White Chocolate Mocha
- Brew the Coffee: Prepare your espresso or strong brewed coffee and let it cool.
- Mix the Drink: In a glass filled with ice , combine the cooled espresso with 2-3 tablespoons of the homemade white chocolate syrup. Stir well.
- Add Milk: Pour in your choice of milk and mix until combined.
- Top with Whipped Cream: If desired, add a generous dollop of whipped cream on top.
- Garnish: Sprinkle chocolate shavings or a few white chocolate chips and white chocolate sauce on top if you like.
