Ingredients
  

For the base:
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or any milk of your choice
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1-2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup adjust based on sweetness preference
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp teaspoon cream cheese
  • ice cubes
For topping:
  • Whipped cream or light whipped cream optional
  • Fresh strawberries for garnish
  • Strawberry syrup optional, for drizzling on top

Method
 

Blend the Ingredients:
  1. In a blender, combine the almond milk, frozen strawberries, Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, cream cheese and ice cubes.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy. If it’s too thick, add a little more milk to reach your desired consistency.
Adjust Sweetness:
  1. Taste the mixture and adjust the sweetness if needed, adding more honey or maple syrup as desired.
Serve:
  1. Pour the mixture into a glass. If using, top with whipped cream or light whipped cream.
Garnish:
  1. Garnish with fresh strawberries on top and drizzle with strawberry syrup for extra flavor.
